On 2/18/2024 Clay County Sheriff’s Office was called to 534 Mission Dam Road in reference to a welfare check. Once deputies arrived, a deceased male was located inside the residence.
Clay County Sheriff’s Office has taken warrants on an individual who is in custody in Florida.
More information will be released on this matter after the investigation is complete. There is no danger or threat to the public as a result of this incident.
